Diversance For Employers

Why Diversance?

We created Diversance to help employers better manage EEO and civil rights compliance risks, strengthen outreach and recruitment efforts, and analyze workforce representation against credible labor market benchmarks.

Our mission is to make it easier for organizations to find and connect with community-based referral partners, visualize and act on their EEO and federal contractor compliance programs, and answer key questions about how their workforce representation compares to what labor market data suggest it should look like.

Since you’re probably wondering — Diversance doesn’t develop EEO or federal contractor compliance programs. Our technology works with the output from those programs, whether they’re prepared by an external provider, a software package, or an internal system.

Features

  • Report referral partners that are no longer active or effective, and recommend new ones to add.
  • Generate customized workforce representation analyses across organizational and functional levels.

Personal Partnerships.

Automated emails don’t make a meaningful difference — but real connections do.

Search thousands of referral partners from any connected device.

Rate and review organizations that support outreach to underserved communities, including veterans and individuals with disabilities. Sort and filter by location, demographic focus, or zip code. Help us keep the database accurate by reporting changes or suggesting new partners. That’s how we’re building the largest, most accurate, and employer-friendly database of outreach referral partners.

Visualize all of your compliance programs, and take action where you need to.

View all of your compliance plans on an interactive map that works across devices. Color-coded markers show compliance status: blue for no action needed, green for action taken, and red for action still needed. Use one-click technology to connect with referral partners, and automatically tie those efforts to specific plans and goals.
Track and report all outreach actions for internal monitoring or external audit support.

Instantly generate custom workforce representation analyses the way you want them.

Select the organizational segment you want to analyze — business unit, division, job family, location, department, level, or position. Instantly compare your workforce representation to reliable labor market benchmarks. See where your organization leads, lags, or aligns with benchmark data. Download and share results with business leaders, compliance teams, diversity executives, resource groups, and external stakeholders.
