We created Diversance as a better way to manage affirmative action and diversity outreach and analytics. Our mission? To help employers find and connect with affirmative action and diversity referral partners, visualize and take action on their affirmative action programs, and answer key questions about how their actual workforce diversity compares to what that diversity should look like.

Since you’re probably wondering, Diversance doesn’t develop affirmative action programs. Our technology works with the output from those programs, whether they’re prepared using an outsource provider, a software package, or a homegrown application.
